our home renovation is totally behind the schedule (somehow we are not surprised?), and i really, really cannot wait to the day when everything is done done. i miss the days of making saturday morning breakfast without needing to going in/out through the plastic sheeting… well, you know.
definitely we’ll be so proud of ourselves when this renovation is done.

it is hard to believe we’re now arriving at the month of october, the last quarter of 2016. didn’t we just pop the champagne and say hello to 2016?? crazy. and i am so excited to finally have some time to be back to the blogsphere.
here is a gorgeous apartment for sale (and sold!) from goteborg, sweden. subway tile with darker grout creates a sharper definition in this very light tone kitchen… and that white and gold hardware combination is just so irresistibly good.
✚ spotted this handy shoe storage ‘trines’ by ikea. the volume of black has a perfect weight in this mostly white interior…

you all michitecture readers know the marble countertop has been a long time favorite here. to celebrate my return to the blogsphere (3 weeks doesn’t seem that long ago!), what else can be better as the kick-off post? a cozy & modern apartment with marble countertop.
the marble countertop with dark lower cabinets & white upper cabinets makes a elegant contrast in the kitchen scene. not to mention the very minimal gold hardware detail is totally wining my heart.
