animal prints is the trend these couple seasons from fashion to furniture design, in case you didn’t notice. but if you think that zebra-print couch(or leopard-print skinny jeans) is a bit too hard(core)? here are some animal-theme homewares that will connect between you and the wildlife with a much subtle, quiet way.

but i need to show you these two first. can’t help it.

the zebra-print couch:

birds by kristian vedel : this is one of my favorites – a very classic scandinavian modernism piece. it was introduced since 1959, and still handmade in a small village in denmark. ( all wood are smoked and made in oak)

flensted black&white sheep mobile : i got mine couple years ago from MoMA design store. it was on sale and free shipping… just LOOOVE it!

i mean, besides the good bargain, the design is so genius. they are so feather light (and of course, balanced) that even the gentlest a/c air circulation and spin those sheep. very fun to watch!! MoMA doesn’t carry this product anymore…you can find it through 2modern
