( i was looking for scollops at the beginning but got distracted ) actually it’s my first time cooking mussels, as i do have occasionally shellfish-allergy…
turned out it was a huge success.
mussels, broccoli rabe, red radish,
tomato ( lots),ricotta, couscous.
butter, olive oil, salt&pepper.
some shredded lemon peel to finish.
