summer meal : mussels

the temperature is rising HIGH like crazy, thus we’re constantly looking for new ways making summer dishes. found bag of mussels on sale in our neighborhood supermarket. ( i was looking for scollops at the beginning but got distracted ) actually it’s my first time cooking mussels, as i do have occasionally shellfish-allergy…

turned out it was a huge success.


mussels, broccoli rabe, red radish,

tomato ( lots),ricotta, couscous.

butter, olive oil, salt&pepper.

some shredded lemon peel to finish.



we will cook it again tonight :)
