architects Bureau SLA have connected two houses for the The National Glass Museum in Leerdam, Netherlands, with four overlapping bridges to create a continuous gallery. the combination between traditional architecture style with glass and modern geometry (box) create some interesting dynamics here… let’s take a look:

✚ steel-frame bridges are cladded in polycarbonate and wrapped in aluminum mesh.

✚ the bridges provide connection between existing buildings AND also serve as exhibition space.
