the flooding new york time square. it’s terrifying. but this might what new york city or tokyo look like in 40 years later, when they got hit by catastrophic rises in sea level…

as they stated on website, new york-based architecture firm studio lindfors is a multi-disciplinary design and research studio committed equally to building and speculation without limits. those images are definitely allowing us to see what a urban landscape will look like in the scenario and how the built environment may change.

climate changing issue is no doubt the fundamental concern behind those renderings.
